Getting to Know Us

The COLLEROCK manifold kit was developed in 2016 in response to a growing need of Scania truckers who tackle, on a daily basis, continuous manifold failures and frequent maintenance needs.

Our experience stems from more than 10 years in the truck exhaust system sector, during which we focused on the production and sale of bypass valves for all truck models available on the market.

During these years, we started to collaborate with Scania truckers in order to find a solution to their mechanical problems and we began with the well-known issue with the standard cast iron manifolds, and so we created the COLLEROCK reinforced manifolds.

Today, after more than 6 years and with millions of kilometres travelled by our customers, we can say that the COLLEROCK ultra-reinforced steel manifolds are the best on the market.

The production process

The project

Each Collerock product is carefully designed using CAD tools and lean logic.

Prototyping

The prototyping phase is one of the most demanding. The prototype is made down to the last detail by means of very precise calculations. During the testing phase it is constantly improved.

Test

Stress tests on heavy vehicles and demanding roads. Pushing yourself to the limit in order to constantly move forward, that's what tests are for.

Market launch

The flavor of difficult challenges stirs the hearts of the bravest.

My Scania 164 580 is very powerful and this forced me to change the manifolds every 4 months...a bloodbath. Then I saw these Collerock headers on Facebook and decided to buy them. Since I mounted the Collerock headers I have solved all the problems. No more vents, no more money wasted in the workshop. Now I'm also saving a lot of money on diesel and the engine runs like a dream, you know why? Because I don't drive with the manifolds blowing like I used to. Thanks Collerock!!!

I discovered Collerock 2 years ago while I was on facebook and immediately called Matteo. I heard that my Scania R500 needed Collerock manifolds and so I installed them. After a year I decided to pump the truck and it's a good thing I had the Collerocks because otherwise I would already be in the workshop fitting the usual cast iron manifolds. Now I can easily do all the climbs in France and Belgium.
